 PaperStore is a simple to use Document Image Management System with features usually associated with systems costing many times more. This system can manage millions of documents including scanned images, electronic faxes, photographs, word processing documents, spreadsheets, archived reports and so on, in common electronic folders and file cabinets. Applications are quickly defined using the AppBuilder component eliminating the need for costly IS support staff.

Advanced features for most systems, such as Security, Image Enabling, batch processing, e-mail integration, image/database importing, routing and CD Publishing are standard features in PaperStore. Additional options include integration with COLD/ERM Archiving, Workflow and OCR and Image enhancement technologies.

PaperStore supports the peripherals
you want to use such as  high performance scanners from Fujitsu, Bell & Howell, Canon, Panasonic and Kodak and lower cost Twain scanners from HP and Mitsubishi. Also, Image Enhancement using Virtual Rescan technologies increases productivity and clarity of scanned documents. Next, PaperStore can archive your documents to CD, DVD, Optical Disc or the median of your choice. Finally, Jukeboxes capable of storing hundreds of millions of pages can be integrated into a  PaperStore solution.

Standard Hardware and Operating Systems. PaperStore utilizes common office PC workstations running Windows 7 and XP Professional. Servers include Microsoft Windows 2003 and Windows 2005 Server. The SQL Server is utilized for DataBase management. Web based access from standard browsers is an optional feature. Clients can discuss Web Portal Options with an ISSolutions representative.
